Larry serves as a Certified Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor, Certified Asbestos Inspector/Management Planner, Asbestos Project Designer, Industrial Hygienist, Indoor Air Quality and Mold Inspector, Certified Water Sampler & Expert Witness during litigation cases.

Mike conducts Phase I & II – ESA-ASTME 1527-21, ASTM Transaction Screens, Environmental Program Management, Site Investigation & Response Action Plan Design, Voluntary Clean-up Program (VCP) & Site Characterization and Management.

With decades of experience and certifications as a Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor, Asbestos Inspector and Management Planner, Project Designer, Industrial Hygienist, Mold Inspector, Certified Water Sampler, and Expert Witness, Larry built the company to tackle even the most complex environmental challenges.
